At Paw & Meow Pet Shop, we want you and your pets to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Refunds

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Personalized or custom orders are not eligible for returns, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Visit our website and submit a return request through your order page.
  • Follow the instructions to receive a return authorization.
  • Ship the item back to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong item was sent or the product arrived damaged.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please submit a return request within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for different sizes or similar items, subject to availability.
  • Submit an exchange request through your order page to arrange an exchange.
